Riesling, a pendulum varietal if you will, presents delicious and refreshing apple, apricot and pear notes whilst maintaining the wonderful minerality acidity associated with the classic style very much in the hearts of wine lovers. A medium length pleasing acidity that is not overwhelming at all, yet somehow more enhancing to this wine that balances delicate nectarines, fresh grapes and robustness dryness in harmony.
Bringing all the terrific Tasmanian notes of southern white Rieslings to the table, this wine is to dine for.
